PiCar-B Camera Up-Down servo angle limit problem

Hi.

I have a problem with the Camera up-down servo. When turning on power, the camera servo tries to move too far down and struggles since the movement is blocked by the brackets.
The servo makes wining noise since it can't complete the movement.

How do I limit the down-movement, so it doesn't physically hit the bottom of the bracket ? Where is the "down" angle specified ?
