RaspTank RPi 5 Support
Edited by 1713553134 at 2024-4-20 03:23 AMHello, I'm wondering if anyone has tried using RaspTank with RPi-5. I understand RPi-5 is not officially supported but does anyone have any more details? The only issues I can think of so far is the 15 pin CSI port (RPi-4) being changed to a 22 pin CSI/DSI port (RPi-5), but there are ribbon cables out there that would solve that. Position of the connector itself doesnt look like an issue. Would it be more of a software challenge? Thanks in advanced. Adapting the RaspTank to work with a Raspberry Pi 5 (RPi-5) involves primarily addressing physical compatibility through adapters for the CSI port and ensuring software compatibility by checking drivers and dependencies. With these steps managed, it should function well with the improved performance of the RPi-5. geometry dash The main steps in getting the RaspTank to function with a Raspberry Pi 5 (RPi-5) are to make sure it is physically compatible by using CSI port adapters and to make sure it is software compatible by verifying dependencies and drivers. It should work well with the RPi-5's enhanced performance if these steps are properly managed.
