Hello,

I ran into a few issues with a new Picar-B kit I purchased on Amazon.

1)  The red wire attached to motor looks like it was barely attached.  During assembly, the red wire completely disconnected from motor.
2)  I believe the camera that came with the kit is dead.  The client was unable to connect to the picar-b server so I connected via SSH and attempted to manually run the server.py file.  It output errors stating the camera wasn't enabled.  Confirmed it was in fact enabled and attempted several times to disconnect the camera and reconnect it to pi board with no luck.

What is the process to get replacement parts for the motor and camera?

Oddly after removing and reattaching ribbon several times it the camera finally worked.  Found my soldering iron and just put the cable back on the motor.

Please check the connection is tight or not, and wether the cable is reversed, the side with contacts faces to the side with contacts on the Raspberry Pi,
the blue faces to the black component.
