Hi all,

I was following the instructions on PDF and also watching the video. It shows that I have to centre the servos before I assemble them. I can understand this requirement. However, when I try to turn the servo manually it only grinds the gears!! The servo itself does not turn. I have tried all 4 servos but they are all too stiff to turn and I dont want to force them as this could strip the cogs.

Am I doing something wrong?????

Thanks,

Derry

Also, Adeept's instruction order could be improved. What I suggest, is, first do the s/w installation (don't even worry about the car), then after s/w is complete, plug in the 3 servos (without the car), reboot RPi and the robot car automation s/w will automatically move the servos to the correct (middle position)...then power off everything, and now you can build the car!

The servo motor cannot rotate when it is energized!
