Car Doesn't work

I build the car and the controller and I tried a lot of programmes for the both two arduino, but they also still not connect between the NRF24L01 Module.i don'tvknow i i made some errors or the module are burned.
How can i make my car working?

Communication is not established, first: Check if the 24L01 installation is correct. Second: Check these pins in 3.3V Pin, GND Pin, Vin Pin, D8 Pin, D9 Pin, D10 Pin, D11 Pin, D12 Pin and D13 Pin. It may be caused by poor contact. First remove the driver board and adjust the direction of these pins on the driver board. Tilt these pins , and put them back on the UNO board. As shown below

If it is better to have a multimeter on hand, you can use a multimeter to test whether the pins of the driver board are in good contact with the UNO pins.
