still another i2c webserver wont run issue

seems like alot of people are struggling with this issue.originally opencv would fail. i finally did get opencv installed. i enabled i2c. i can get it to take a picture to the desktop.  when i try to run the webserver this is what i get back. could you guys who are smarted than me address this issue.
i am running a rasperry pi4
