I can't connect with my car

I just finished all chapter 1~3.4 ,
and I found that whenever I press the connect button after putting right IP at the python application,,
the python application at my computer shows Win Error 10061 : Access denied.
My Car is online and I checked it through terminal access.
How can I solve this proble?
