PiCar-B - client video window

Hi,

After connecting from client video window does not pop up, connection is successfull after connection I get following message in console

Connecting to server @ <ip>:10223...
Connecting
Connected
Video Connected
set get

There are no errors at server or client side

Camera is working, before starting server when I run

raspistill -o image.jpg

it works

Using open cv wheel opencv_python-3.4.7-cp37-cp37m-win_amd64.whl
Please help me how to debug or trace if there are errors
