There is no client.py

I cloned the github repository and installed it according to the instructions, but no client.py was created in any of the folders

The setup.py ran for a bit, then a message said "restarting"
The apk seems to work, but there is no place for the camera. Raspistill shows camera to be working.
Left and Right are correct, but Forward and Backward are transposed.

RaspTank.py fails upon starting. Won't run at all
RaspTankTest.py runs and connects, but doesn't seem to do anything
config.py runs and connects, but doesn't seem to do anything

I've looked all around but I see no client.py anywhere on either the raspberry pi or my pc

Which product you have?
client.py is on the github.
If there's problem of the camera or others, manually run server.py to see the error meaasges.

I have the same problem with Picar-b.  There is no client.py.  Simply telling us it is on gihub is a terrible answer.  Plese provide detailed steps on how to get the client.py and how to run it successfully.
