Adeept RaspTank - No Video screen on client

I got the RaspTank operating, can connect to it using rasptank.py and control the robot.  However, when I run rasptank.py from the client, there is no video screen that comes up.  Any suggestions?

Check whether there is an error on the PC and the Raspberry Pi when running the program. If the display resource is occupied, it indicating that the program is running on the background. Then end other threads with sudo killall python3 and then run server.py; if it prompts to turn on the camera and the camera is already turned on, the problem may be that the connection is not tight or the cable is reversed.

That was it...the connection was not done correctly.  After plugging it in the right way, the camera comes right up.
