Hello,

I have purchased a Rasptank kit from Amazon. I have also purchased 2x 18650 batteries to power it when it arrives.

Could you kindly confirm if the RaspTank can recharge the batteries when connected to USB power?

Are there any other options to power the RaspTank?

RaspTank USB power will NOT charge the batteries, which i found out the hard way, and since they are bigger you will need to get a special remote charger. I ended up getting a 4 battery charger with another net of batteries.

After you have assembled, it’s best to only use batteries for power supply. If you connect to USB for power supply at the same time, you may burn out the components.

You can buy a charger suitable for 19650 battery to charge
