Rasptank Tracks Too small?

hello all,

I'm nearly finished assembling my RaspTank but i can't get the tracks on - they look too small an there is no flex in the material. I've checked the wheels are correctly assembled and the axes are in the right place. I've also looked for help on line and searched these forums.

Has anyone else experienced something similar?

same problem here, driven wheel radius is too short!and servo for arm has wire too short...

I found 2 round pieces in the box, problem solved, also found extension wire for arm servo!
