I have just built a rasptank pro and when it boots only 5 of the 6 LEDs light up and they are not flashing. Also when I load up the web interface I just see a static frame on the camera and some of the servos don't work at all. I have installed new high drain 18650 batteries and checked all the connections. (i am using a pi 4b BTW)
EDIT: i have resolved the camera issue by using chrome instead of firefox
